Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and an image of the item to shoplumiluxe@gmail.com within 3 days of you receiving the package.
Wrong Address
Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address as we are NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/insufficient address. Should a package be refused, shipping is non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to you entering an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to resend the package. Once we receive the item, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charge.
If you entered an incorrect address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us at shoplumiluxe@gmail.com to correct your information. A relabeling fee may apply.
