LUMI LUXE LLC is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. If you have emailed, please allow 1-3 business days for a response.

PROCESSING TIME

LUMI LUXE LLC products are 100% handmade, packaged and shipped by one person. Some items may or may not be made in small batches, others are made to order to preserve its freshness. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before packages are shipped. This does not include weekends or federal holidays.
